We have found Darren and his place, on internet. I have phoned him and booked (he doesn’t even ask for any certificate , he just books you straight away ) for 8 days. We arranged times for dropping him and picking him up. We left him and he seemed all fine.During the stay, I asked him some pictures of the rabbit around 2pm. He replied saying
he wasn't at home and he would have sent me the pictures later in the afternoon. The pictures arrived at 21:30 showing Arthur in a cage with a bunch of nuggets next to him. I clearly stated my bunny eats his nuggets in the morning and have veggies during the day or in the evening. This was already strange for me. The nuggets were clearly freshly put and out of time as it was evening, I believe just to take the picture. The pick up day, this man texted me letting me know that he was stuck in East London all day and he had to reschedule the time to a later one as no one would have been at home neither. I agreed and picked him up at his time in the evening.
When we reach home, I took out Arthur of his cage and immediately realized my bunny is just skin and bones. He is so small that he looks
like a newborn rabbit. He doesn't drink and doesn't eat. His legs were not holding him leading to him falling every time he tries to stand up and walk.
I rushed to the vet who found the bunny way skinnier and gave him antibiotics to push him eating (my bunny has always been keen to eat, at some point I even had to slow down with food as he was getting quiet fat) and as a precaution, some medicines for worms as he suspect he may have worms too if he has been in contact with other rabbits (I clearly stated to Darren not to let Arthur meet with other bunnies). End of the story, this man took 50£ from me for doing absolutely nothing as he was never at home to look after my bunny and other pets. He mentioned his wife wasn’t there and same as him so clearly those poor pets are left by themselves.
Now my rabbit is struggling to eat, he doesn't touch any nuggets or water, he just eats a bit of kale. I am giving medication for 10 days.The vet suggested that if he starts to gain weight again, he will be safe. Today, after 5 days, he didn't gain a gr.
When you just reach the place, he doesn't have gates or doors, and just when you walk in you may find guinea pigs in their cage left unattended
(I wouldn't be surprised to see my rabbit left in the middle of nowhere alone).
I have no idea what he has done with my rabbit and if you are reading my review refrain yourself from answering with stupid excuses like the previous review from another upset costumer whom Guinea pig died after staying at your place, just to look good in front of new potential customers' eyes because you have no idea what a pet mean for a person.
If you have other things to do rather than look after your customers' pet, then SHUT YOUR “BUSINESS” DOWN! I am now acting against this place.

My guinea pig is seriously ill and will end up being put down shortly. Left it there with another one for 10 days, and got one of them nearly half dead and not much responsive. As much as I cannot say if the issue came from moving places, journey or food provided, I am though really unhappy that i wasn't informed earlier that it stopped eating, that it wasn't taken to vet - or no action was taken, was just left there to die, and during pick up heard lots of lies that it's just quiet one. I would personally avoid this place. More...

Reasonably priced accommodation for small animals. We leave our hamster here when we go on holiday. Jerry's never complained about staying there, so it must be OK ;-)
