Since my last review. I have been in communication and am pleased to say that he has offered assistance in the matter. I am hoping we can have a final outcome.

Came and done survey. Went through the process was polite and punctual but a lot of information was omitted. We feel that a boundary report should have encompassed the whole boundary and not having a phrase saying " I am unable
to ascertain where the boundary lies between the northern end of the concrete
path and the party wall that separates the 2 properties.". We feel information available was not looked at thoroughly. More...

Survey will not be carried out until January. I will post a full review upon completion of the survey.
