A company with integrity. My A/C unit was not producing heat. They responded quickly and their tech was able to diagnose the problem shortly after he arrived. They had to order a special part to fix the problem. The tech checked the weather and let me know that since it was going to be good weather for a while that I probably didn't need to incur the extra expense to have the part rushed out. So not only did they do great work but actually were looking for how they could save me money. That shows me that there is integrity from the top of the company down. Just had a new AC/Furnace unit installed my old one was 19 yrs old and it was time the owner Clint came and checked everything out took the time to answer all my questions so I could make the best decision for my home he gave me a great price better than a lot of competitors.
The install tech Darrin was great he took his time and was very though where in today's day most just want to blow & go but no Darrin he even cleaned up EVERYTHING double checking nothing was missed I highly recommend this company.

We really appreciate the dedicated team at Ellsworth. We had a pretty major A/C issue that required some extensive troubleshooting.
Clint and team kept us informed on what they were doing and why, showing us real time testing as well as the pieces that clearly needed replacement.
The staff was great and went above and beyond during one of the busiest times of the year to get us up and running. I'd highly recommend Ellsworth. This type of personalized service is rare these days - I'd suggest you call today if you think you need A/C service, these guys do an amazing job!

I can't thank Clint and his crew enough. They are miracle workers and/or ninjas. After a 5 day stay in the hospital to deliver our new daughter, I came home the day before her homecoming, only to find our AC had quit on us. .. in late May... in Phoenix. I called Ellsworth Home Services for a consultation, and Clint (the owner) came out personally to take a look since his field crew were all on jobs. After hearing the situation, he swung into gear and started making it happen with our dual AC replacement. What normally would have been a week out job was done and running by 11am the following morning, and by the time we were tucking our newborn into her crib at home, the junk truck was just wrapping up hauling away the debris. What these guys accomplished for us was nothing short of miraculous, and I can't thank them enough. We will be calling them back for all our home projects from now on. More...
