Kirsty could not have been more friendly, patient or helpful on both my visits to Ellie Sanderson. I'd hated the wedding dress shopping experience until I met the lovely team there and tried on a dress that was entirely different from what I'd imagined, but turned out to be perfect. I found my dream dress at Ellie Sanderson and found the whole process to be exactly what I wanted and hoped it would be - stress-free, memorable and enjoyable. From my first appointment in the Little Clarendon Street shop I was treated very well and listened to throughout. My fittings in Stokenchurch were very well organised and each appointment was made to feel special and exciting. My bridesmaid and I were welcomed with bubbles on arrival and allowed to relax from a stressful day at work before getting into the appointment which I valued so much. I felt feint at two of my fittings (which I am told a lot of Brides do!) I was looked after very well, nothing was too much trouble and I did not feel rushed at all. Claire who did my dress alterations is an absolute genius. I wanted to make several changes to my chosen dress and she did the work so beautifully and with care and attention. By the day of the wedding the dress fitted better than I could have hoped for and I felt amazing in it. The costs of alterations were communicated to me throughout the process right from the beginning and Claire was very professional and out me at ease straight away. I just had the most wonderful time at my appointments at the Ellie Sanderson boutiques (Pop Up at Eynsham Hall and Woodstock). My appointments were largely led by Andrea with Ellie being present at one of the pop-up-shop appointments. Expertise and kindness and patience all around. It was very special for me to find my dress at this boutique as both my older sisters had also found their dresses with Ellie Sanderson. Ellie and Andrea at the Woodstock branch were brilliant! So welcoming and so easy to chat to you about what I wanted, costs and how to find the perfect dress. For nervous brides like myself, I urge you to book your appointment here! From the minute you step into the store the girls are so welcoming, bubbly and lovely. I was extremely nervous as I never wear dresses so was scared nothing would suit me! Laura and the girls were fabulous, making me feel at ease and comfortable and even helped me find my dream dress! My appointment with Ellie and the girls was the first I'd booked and I wasn't expecting to find a dress at all. I was so nervous beforehand and as soon as I stepped in to the boutique their relaxed but extremely knowledgable manner put me at ease. We tried on so many different styles and they were so patient. I went dress shopping for the first time on Saturday and did already have an idea of what I was looking for from having a look on the Ellie Sanderson website before hand. As soon as I arrived in the shop I was greeted so nicely and the ladies had remembered the style and designer that I was particularly interested in. Claire was amazing from the get go and was super helpful and I felt so comfortable with her! Out of the 3 shops I went to on the day the service I received at Ellie Sanderson was at the top! I would highly recommend Ellie Sanderson. They have a great selection of dresses and having had an initial chat with the assistant, she pulled some great dresses for me to try. I also chose this store as they are a stockist of Made with Love dresses which are amazing (I’ve ended up choosing the Harlie!). My mum couldn’t make the first appointment due to illness so they were really accommodating on being able to book a second appointment quickly so that she could see the dress before purchasing along with a couple of my bridesmaids. Andrea was brilliant at the second appointment and made all of the terms and conditions easy to understand so I felt really comfortable putting the deposit down. 5 stars! More...

WOW! Ellie Sanderson is the only place to get your wedding dress if you want true expert advice, stunning classy dresses and an amazing appointment that you will never forget! I tried quite a few shops before my mum found Ellie online, and there is no comparison, it was by far the best. Ellie is the ultimate professional, as are all the ladies working with her, including Andrea, who helped me a lot. I was really unsure about style, and material but (with a lot of patience!) they helped me to decide! The shop is just stunning too - cosy, classic, elegant and a dream to visit. I didn't know if I wanted a proper wedding dress and was quite overwhelmed by the idea of shopping for one until I stepped into the fairy tale oasis of calm and professionalism that is Ellie Sanderson. I was swept into a private room away from my over excited companions and with a couple of gentle, well-placed questions and some soft and supportive encouragement, I was helped to find the dress I didn't even know I was dreaming about. Ellie and her girls are a delight, they read from you exactly want you want and need and make you feel unique and special throughout the process. The only bad thing about only getting married once is that you only get to shop with Ellie once. That's why I recommend her to absolutely everyone. I would highly recommend Ellie and her team to any bride to be. The service we received was amazing, Ellie just gets her customers and makes you feel like you have been friends for years. .. which believe me is very important as this is the one person you want to have the best relationship with while planning a wedding. Her range is large and different, she can help anyone find a dress from plain and elegant to hippie chic. If you want to an experience rather then just a service Ellie’s is the way to go.

Her shop is gorgeous along with all of her dresses and accessories. Ellie is also extremely discreet when helping you in and out of dresses and I was never made to feel uncomfortable at any point, her staff are trained to a very high level so your not stuck with some part timer who is doing this to fill her days, your dealing with well trained and experienced staff.
Her years of experience leave you feeling relaxed and happy knowing she is the one to go with. This is her job but most importantly you can see it’s her passion too. I recommend Ellie all the way!!!! More...

Eira and Sarah were absolutely brilliant and by the time I left I felt I had two new friends who knew me so well! They were so accommodating and when I found 'the' dress we all new that it was the one.
