we left our lovely springer spaniel at Ellehcim over Christmas. He is like a son for us and and we have tried several kennels in the area and when we have gone to pick him up everytime he looked really tired and confused. This has been our first time at Ellechim and I have to say that when we picked him up he was healthy, happy and confident around the lovely girl that welcomed us when we left him. the only thing I was not happy about was that during that week nobody replied to my texts and I had no pictures of our Elliot however apparently the phone was not working ...indeed I can see plenty of pictures posted at all times now. I would highly recommend Ellehcim to anyone who need a place for their dog to stay. The workers became friends with my Riku very quickly and even helped with his recall training. We were given regular pupdates and a few photos too of what Riku was up to whilst I was on holiday. I think in a way, Riku was on holiday too! Definitely a 5* doggy hotel! More...

I was very worried about leaving my 9 year old temperamental terrier somewhere like this for the first time ever as I usually leave her with family but everyone was great and she really seemed to enjoy her self I can’t thank the team here enough and even sent me photos to settle my mind while I was on holiday. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Myself and my partner purchased 2 Olde Tyme English Bulldogs and we can very happily say that our little family is complete! Not only has it made our year, family and Christmas but it has also made the kids'. We really cannot thank you and your partner enough for everything you have done for us. All of the pooches in Ellechim are very very brilliantly look after, groomed nicely and smell lush and this isn't the sort of business that is all about the money. Our babies now have their forever homes with us and we will be defintley recommending you to everyone we know and bringing our fur babies up whenever we go on our holidays! We purchased a cocker puppy from Ellechim last week. I would just like to say what a great experience we had. We had 2 prior visits to meet and chose our puppy, and even got to meet his mum. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable. Everything went smoothly on collection. Rupert has settled in really well and he was obviously well looked after by the breeders. First time using kennels and first time for our 10month Labrador Luna and highly recommend Ellehcim, from dropping luna off the staff were very welcoming to both myself and Luna, the facilities are a home from home from the fab rooms to the outdoor space. Our pooch stayed here as we were getting married and had no one else to look after her. I was very hesitant leaving her as she had never been in the kennel alone or away from us. From the moment we arrived we were reassured and put at ease that she would be fine. We were updated on how she was doing and settling in which helped put our mind at ease. We nervously left Bodhi at Ellehcim when we went away on a weeks family holiday. He has never been in a kennel or even been away from family who usually look after him. We had nothing to be worried about, the guys who work here are so friendly and reassuring. Bodhi had the absolute best week EVER and is now so sad to be home without any doggy friends to play with � they look after your dogs as if they are their own and they are soooo busy playing that they don’t even have time to miss you. We have just picked Minnie up after her 2 night stay and judging by the fact she hasn’t moved since arriving home I’d say she’s had the best time as usually she’s hyper �! After visiting a number of kennels I wasn’t happy to leave my dog anywhere until I visited ellehcim. I first put my dog in for a nights trial and he didn’t want to leave so that was very reassuring.
