I used rated people to help me find a removals company. My previous flat was quite small, but I had more stuff than I could have dealt with on my own. I only packed the valuables and some fragile stuff but left everything else to the company and they did a great job. Arrived in time and did the packing is less than 3 hours (it was 4 of them). Handled glasses and furniture with care and even covered the legs of the cupboards for my request because it was raining outside and there was a lot of mud. They were very helpful and polite and the price was reasonable, too (£150). They didn’t have a lot of reviews on the website yet, but I certainly will give them 5 stars. Y'know alot of people bad mouth RP but I've had good experiences with them over the years.
Ive had a few issues with getting refunds for time-wasting customers (not the fault of RP) but all in all its worth the money.

I think some tradespeople forget that just because you bought the lead doesn't guarantee you the job.
You still have to impress your potential customer as well.
I've had alot of work through them over the years.
Good site one of the original now the internet is flooded with wannabee sites but RP still stands out.

As a Tradesman I have used Rated people for more than 7-8 years.Yes, I have spend a lot of money but of course I got more return for the money I spent. The site is not perfect but it creates opportunities to expend your business. If you are an excellent tradesman on what you are doing, than stop complaining about the site.Surprisingly we are using less and less this site.
