Elk Grove Party Rentals

I rented tables, chairs, and white table linens from Elk Grove Party Rental in May of 2016.  We chose to have the items picked up instead of delivered.  The staff at Elk Grove Party Rental were amazing.  They helped load everything in our truck and we were in and out in about 10 minutes.  The tables and chairs were in good condition and the white linens were bright and unstained.  All and all it was a very good service and product and a low cost.I am ordering from them again for an event next weekend. I ordered a small collection of chairs about 4 weeks in advance. I called ahead to check if the style of chairs were available and the fellow on the phone confirmed they were available and to order them online. My order online was easy- no crazy hoops to jump through- the credit card was charged the correct amount and the confirmation of the order was given in less than a day. I did call about a week before to add 3 additional chairs- again my phone conversation was albeit brief but friendly and they updated my order correctly.On the day of the wedding- the chairs arrived promptly- all in great clean condition. They picked up the order of chairs the following day just as they said.I think their prices are lower than the big stores- their items are well cared for- and their online ordering is a cinch. Lol I almost didn't come here because of the bad reviews. A lot of people complain about the customer service but it was fine for me. I mean it's not exceptional and they aren't the most smiley high pitched voice people who great you and kiss your ass to get ur service... But they offer great rentals at a good price. If you are worried about how the item looks I suggest going to see for yourself. The woman that helped was nice enough to let us browse around for ideas for our wedding. Even allowed us to pick it up the day before, I would definitely use this place. I don't mind hearing her sighs, and non chipper voice if i can get what I want and a deal. More...

I don't understand all the bad reviews.  I drove up to this store.  A sign on the front door told customers to go to the back of the building where I found the warehouse of rentals. I walked in looked around at all the beautiful colored linens, tables, chairs, heat lamps, fountains, popcorn machines, snow cone machines, chocolate fountains, beverage containers, cutlery, plates, wedding and all occasion decor.  This place has it all!! I then walked into the "business office" and was greeted by Joey.  He was very nice and helpful.  I had told him that I tried to order online and it didn't work for me.  He was concerned.  He wants to make sure its an easy process for his customers, that's what he told me. He then took my order and we went over the pick up and drop off dates and times. Also, he made it clear that when you pick up product, they can't help you put it in the car for liability reasons.  I understood this. Easy.  I asked about beverage containers and he was nice enough to show me what they had ( several options ) I can tell that he cares about his business and works very hard.  I would definitely recommend using this business.  Communication is the key.  The hours are different, not typical so I just took a pic of them on my phone so I'd have them for later to refer to. I think it's funny how many bad reviews this company has.  I placed an online order for a large family Thanksgiving dinner and they were prompt and took care of everything.  Everyone I dealt with was polite.  All the tables, chairs, plates and silverware I ordered was clean and good.  I thought it was odd that the delivery guy wouldn't bring the stuff in the house but I assume it was just a liability issue.  Not a big deal.  I wanted to keep my business local in Elk Grove and I will use this company again in the future. I ordered a large 5 burner grill in August.  The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed, for the size event I was having.  The price was more then fair, cheaper then several place I looked.  I had the grill delivered to the location of the event.  The delivery was on time according to the time frame given to me.  When the grill arrived it was in perfect condition, in fact it looked like it had never been used.  I returned the grill my self.  When I arrived I was in out very quickly. The gentleman there helped me unload the grill out of my truck even know he was clearly busy.  I was recommend them to anyone who is hosting an event or just need to rent a few thing for a party.
