Liz made my wedding dress for our wedding day in May. She was great all the way through and took my very vague ideas and made my dream dress. I LOVED it and had many compliments an the day. I really enjoyed seeing my dress being made from scratch....it's a very special experience. It's amazing what goes into designing the perfect dress. Liz is an absolutely incredible dressmaker; she started out making me a dress that matched my every spontaneous whim, and didn't seem to mind my sending her 50 odd conflicting Pinterest ideas during the design stage.
I met with Liz at a difficult time having just had a personal loss, and she took the weight loss as a result completely in her stride and designed me a wonderful dress. Our meetings became a little like therapy!
When I fell pregnant she was the first person I told after my husband and I was so nervous to tell her because she had already done so much work on my beautiful dress, I really didn't want to break it to her that I would be 7 months pregnant at our wedding! But I wanted her to be prepared, so shakily showed her the scan pic, and she was amazing and gave me a massive hug and made me tear up with her sincere congratulations and warmth. She took it so in her stride and sketched out a redesign and pinned it on a mannequin within five minutes. It is fascinating to know someone whose brain works so quickly; she did not miss a beat and made me a dress that really did belong in a fairytale. I thought being heavily pregnant I couldn't still be that floaty princess I had always dreamed of being, but Liz made it happen and I genuinely cannot thank or recommend her enough. Liz is amazing! She took my crazy garbled ideas that didnt necessarily make sense and i didn't think possible and turned it into a reality and i had the most beautiful dress i could have ever imagined wearing for my wedding.
Every step of the way Liz was there, she was honest with me and gave me her professional opinion and used her skills to create the perfect dress for my day. Liz is beyond brilliant and talented she is one of a kind and the dress she made me is also that.
