I can't even begin to describe how effortlessly simple and wonderful it has been to work with Elizabeth. Her artistry behind the lens is second to none for portraiture. Being able to not only see but capture the nuances of what makes your portrait "you" is extremely difficult, and she certainly delivered. I was blown away at how great our photos were. I also appreciated being able to connect with her personality which is kind, gentle and full of creative suggestions. She sees things that most people do not. Our engagement session was a delightful, intimate time to just have fun as a couple. We are looking forward to using her again for professional head shots and a larger family session in the summer! So, here's the dealio - I've had to take professional head shots for years now and never really liked the process..or the outcome (but hey, that's mostly on me - lol). I LOVED everything about Elizabeth's demeanor and work. She's kind, professional, knowledgeable...and has an excellent eye for what works and doesn't. I trusted her completely to pick out the best shots. She's a keeper. If I stay in the Des Moines area, I will definitely use her services again.
