I have been taking my dog there for over a year now. They have always been a really good place for a decent price. Even when he came home with kennel cough last time, I was still going to bring him. Because if a company can be loyal to me, I will be loyal to them. I didn't feel they were at fault for it, except for the fact that they don't check for up to date vaccination. I went online yesterday to make my baby an appointment and found the first available Saturday. Saturdays are usually easier for us because even if I work, my husband does not. I scheduled it and was notified 30 minutes later that his appointment was denied because I wasn't a regular Saturday customer and that day was saved for those special few, pick another day. At that point, it wasn't the day that became a problem. It was the unequal treatment because I did not spend the necessary amount of money to go on Saturday? This is an extremely communist practice. Imagine being told this at all appointments you attempt to make on the only day you are available. I will not give my money to such ignorance. Its so much more than just a grooming appointment. Its a principle. I would say they absolutely are not a Christian company, as I thought. Hopefully others that see that it is frivolous to take a dog to the groomers, if it doesn't need it, will stop going there as well. Let her elite few fill her greedy little pocket. But I will not. My husband and I have taken all 3 of our dogs here recently and they have done a phenomenal job! My white Chow came in brown (she LOVES rolling in mud) and when we picked her up she was ten shades whiter! These ladies were awesome! Took my 11 year old husky Shepard mix to them(who had only been to a groomer once or twice in here life) to get her under coat removed and a good bath. I have always taken my pet babies to other places to find cuts, bloodshot eyes, and their anxiety. UNTIL I CAME TO SHANNON ((AND ONE OTHER GROOMER THERE)),MY DASHER FUR BABY HAS NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED TO BE DROPPED OFF WITH SHANNON. HE GOES RIGHT TO HER ALL EXCITED. One of our dogs has high anxiety when going to get her nails done. The girls at Elizabeth & Co are amazing! They have been incredibly understanding and helpful in working with her to help her lower anxiety. This is the first groomer in years we've been able to take her to without dragging her through the door. And recently my in-laws took our pups to get their nails done while we were out of town, Elizabeth & Co was awesome and made sure to do their grooming the same as we typically do it, since my in-laws weren't sure. Our puppy Tucker had his first appointment today with Elizabeth & Co. He hates being groomed and can be quite difficult. I had tried to groom him at home and he looked like it .
