From the initial contact with Elite Cars to the final drop off, our experience has been one of high quality. We arranged a trip to London for our parents' 60th wedding anniversary and the private car put the finishing touch to the trip - complimentary prosecco was well received! I appreciate that it is a business but neither of us felt at all as if we were just your clients. Your professionalism was outstanding and made us feel that it was more personal than business. We have 2 kids .... they are our Fur babies and they are our world ��
When we need to have time for ourselves for holidays or when we know we can't give them the commitment of being with them for most of the day we give them a holiday with the lovely Anne and Gary at Walk , stay and play.
They are looked after in a home environment , taken to have breakfasts at local pubs , cuddles on the sofa , liver cake and generally kissed , cuddled and loved. The kidz love staying with Anne and meantime we can totally relax as we receive contant updates by photos and video so we know they are happy ���
It makes such a difference to having time away from our woofas knowing they are happy , loved and playing with Harry the spaniel too ... can't recommend Anne enough .... thank you for making time apart so much easier to cope with �you are a true doggie angel xx

We have known Anne and Gary for many years so when we got our new pup Darcie we knew exactly who to call upon when we needed a pup sitter!
Anne and Gary are brilliant. They treat all the dogs that come to them like one of their own. They are extremely well cared for and have so much fun.
Before her first session we took Darcie to meet Anne. It was clear from the minute she bounded in the door that she was going to love it. Anne took time to discuss with us what Darcie’s routine was and ensured throughout her stay that that routine was maintained.
Darcie came home exhausted but happy.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Walk, Stay and Play to anyone and Darcie can’t wait to go back. Thank you Anne and Gary.

Outstanding service. Reservations made months in advance for transportation between Ipswich residence and Heathrow. Chris sent reminder confirmation about a week before pick up. Pick up was on time and Heathrow arrival on time. We also had a pickup at Heathrow upon our return. We happen to return on Thursday of the week of “The Beast from the East” snow storm. Our flight was delayed but Chris was working with me by email to ensure he knew our times. Chris braved terrible road conditions to reach Heathrow in time to meet us and got us home without a problem. What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part of our job is interacting with our customers. Both Directors are from Retail backgrounds - we understand the importance of great service from start to finish.
We also love being able to take our customers to their destination. On the day of travel, it can often be a stressful time for a customer. From the moment we arrive, we like to keep everything as enjoyable and relaxing for the customer as possible, meaning we take care of the stress, and you can sit back and relax - you are in great hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We loved the customer interaction from a Retail environment, but there are thousands of customers a week who you would potentially never be able to speak to. We wanted a business where a customer gets our 100% attention from start to finish - where the service is as much the product as the vehicle itself.
We also have spent a long time working for other people and really wanted the freedom to run a business in the way we wanted to - one that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
