Phil is a great trainer and was quick to identify my weak areas and to help me focus on them. He even provided me with an easy meal plan guide after just a week of work with him. I have been working with Phil for a few weeks now and Phil has a great attention to detail (he is never on his cellphone, which is something I have encounter often with other trainers) he is always correcting my form and assisting me when needed. Phil's experience allows him to change up workouts and exercises depending on my energy level and mood on a particular day all without making me feel conscious about it! Phil is an amazing instructor who strives to reach one’s greatest potential. He aims to make sure you’re trying as hard as you can with participation in fast cardio exercises which gives you no time to slow down. I was looking for a trainer that would really focus on getting me back into shape. Not just weight but overall body fat ratios and strengthening. I was fortunate that Phil Jelinowski - Elite Strength & Conditioning was exactly what I was looking for. Phil has been one the of the BEST Trainers I have ever encountered. He is 100% positive; he motivates me, encourages me and lets me know through assessments, how my goals are coming along. Phil actually "walks and talks" training. He has DEDICATION and PASSION for helping people, no matter your age, to achieve your goals of a healthy body. He has the knowledge, the experience, offers diet counselling and overall fitness programs, pending your goals. He is there every step of the way. I honestly could not encourage anyone enough. Phil was very instrumental in getting my fitness level to where I never imaged it could be. I was in my late 40's and had never worked with a personal trainer before. Not only that but I had never worked with weights before either. It didn't take him long to get me in shape...was a lot of hard work and Phil is there for you to do that and push and inspire you as well. He had me lifting weights that I never would have imagined but I was doing it and was amazed. He was quite knowledgeable and had the vision of what my body could do.
