I would highly recommend Elite Spas for your hot tub. Jason and Glen have been fantastic from start to finish. Kept us up to date with what was happening and when. The day of installation went very well with no problems. They were very professional and explained throughly how to work the hot tub and care and maintenance of it. Hi all Fantastic service from initial meeting at show , communication been fantastic from booking our spa . We were kept up to date on where it was how long it was going to be for delivery and installation . Jason even responded To our text couple of days before installation and he was away in another country on holiday . Day of installation was ..... Amazing , Hilarious , back braking and genius idea of course to get into our property . But between Jason , Glen, Kieron and my husband and I our beautiful spa is in place and working .oh and lots of coffee and biscuits . Seriously though great service they were not phased by anything . What more can you say nothing but helpful and polite very knowledgeable and never pushygive you the information and let you make the decisionwe originally saw them early show season and didn't commit to purchase until the last one they do of the year as we wanted to research we bought an ex-display and where treated the same as everyone else when it came to purchase and delivery nothing was too much trouble i would recommend them to anybody and cant wait for the water to be warm enough to use as was only fitted this morning but temp already over 30 so wont be longthanks a lot Jason and co you are stars

So spa delivered what Realy nice gents hot tub installed and set up really good brief on dos and don't electric on at 1100 in by 7. 30 no pressure no hassle from guys all chems explained even other chem products explained. Very though on electric installment paper work so spot on would highly recommend this company very professional it's nice to see photos to follow once I know how to do it More...

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jason and Glen are lovely, genuine guys. We bought our hot tub whilst at Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show, but there was no “hard sell” just plenty of information and they obviously (rightly so) believe in the product. They then came to measure at our house, have a chat, make sure we were completely happy and wanted to proceed with the sale. The fact that Jason and Glen are also experienced electricians, made our decision easy, as they were able to answer all our questions and also fit our outdoor electrical supply. We have just had the spa installed and, again, I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism and explanations of how to work and look after the tub. This really is a genuine company, using one of the best manufacturers and they will give so much of their time to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. Can’t wait to get it in More...
