My chiropractor from Newton abbot recommended I do Pilates rather than go to the gym, found it a great way to keep fit and they are the most welcoming people!

I did a free taster session and it was my first time doing anything like this. I had no idea what to expect. The setting is lovely, it’s like you’re going into someone’s home. Very welcoming and friendly. I found it hard but in a good way. Would love to of kept on going but I just don’t have the time. Nhs physio recommended I do pilates. After attending Elite Pilates Services, Kingsteignton Newton Abbot, my injury is much improved following 1 to 1 pilates reformer sessions

I have suffered with back issues over the years so I decided once I retired from full time work I would do something for me. I started with Pilates and loved it. Paul and Tanya are great instructors and gave a lovely studio with a friendly relaxing atmosphere. I had a neck injury and had a sports massage with Paul!!! It was so painful but really worked after 2 sessions I was pain free. I recently had a fall and hurt my lower back which Paul worked on with his magic hands with great results. A couple of weeks ago I had hot stones massage which was amazing. I have had a few massages over the years but nothing compared to this. Paul certainly knows his stuff and I think massage is his forte. Thank you Paul for helping me to be pain free.Jean x More...
