How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By engaging with them on a personal level, find out what their needs, wants, likes and dislikes are. This way we can tailor a programme specifically to them and reach fitness goals quicker and safer. We put a lot of effort into training the whole body, this has always been proven to achieve overall fitness, weight-loss and health goals in the shortest and safest manner.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Living a balanced lifestyle, having a good sustainable eating plan and keeping alcohol intake to a minimum.
Training regularly, training hard, but also smart, get enough rest and staying active over the weekends.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people live better lives. Personal trainers are more than just trainers, we become problem solvers, motivators and in some instances life coaches.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to enforce my own set of rules in an industry that sometimes just take and never give back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've become life long friends with my clients, they help learn more about myself just as much as I help them. I believe we're all in this together and we all have the right to be better than yesterday. Thats the main goal in my eyes. Progress may be slow, but as long as you're moving forward you're doing great.
And I'm a dead honest person - not a lot people can deal with that because its rare these days.
