We used Elite for our wedding. They were initially quite responsive and helpful but service rapidly declined after taking payment. Would have to call and text multiple times to get any response. A team member came to view our garden 4 months prior to the event and said they'd be able to do what we asked for. Then another team member came 2 weeks prior to the event and said it wouldn't be possible. At the last minute that meant we had to change the entire plan and marquee layout and placement of DJ, dancefloor, catering, stage etc which was extremely stressful. Apart from causing that stress they also had the cheek to recommend we pay 2k on top to ensure the floor was raised and fully level. Surely a level floor is the minimum to expect..... On the day of construction a completely different team from a company in Slough turned up and erected the marquee. They did a slap-dash job, the floor wasn't level, carpet wasn't stapled down properly, multiple drapes were dirty and discolored, the chandeliers could hardly be called chandeliers and they fitted them with about 4 different light bulbs so it looked incredibly tacky. Had to ring the owner and complain before anything was done, and the team who came to fix the issues spent about half the day stood around doing nothing. Thank god we got them to start construction 2 days earlier than planned otherwise we would have started the first event with so many issues. Not a company I would recommend. A superb service provided by Jag and his teams, from putting up the LED front of house lighting effects to advising on the type, design and colours for the marquee, thank you Team Elite and a big shout out to Sam who supervised the Mob and De-mob of the marquee and was on the end of the phone to answer any queries when the time arose, well done to all. 🙏🤩👍✨

Words can’t sum up the level of service that Elite Marquees gave to our event. A simple request of a Wedding Marquee was all we expected, little did we expect them to constantly go the extra mile for us. You can truly tell their entire team are trained from their professionalism, organisation, event management and acumen. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very courteous of their surroundings. They assessed our open space, giving us recommendations as to what we needed and how we can utilise our layout ( they even went to the extent of creating a 3D rendering of how everything will look). They then got to work, methodically in the most efficient manner. Bespoke raised wooden flooring first, marquee structure next, followed by the decor and finishing touches. Throughout the planning meetings, they even had a sample palette of carpet colours they have! Their reputation proceeds them. Every vender we had could tell this was an Elite Marquee finish. Our dedicated Events Manager at Elite personally managed all our venders of whom they all knew. I can’t recommend the Elite Team more. From their marquee engineers, event managers and technicians.
