A frustrating experience and I would not recommend using this company, we put our trust in Nick to complete a large job of both turf and paving for a large sum of our hard earned money and we could not be more disappointed with his conduct.
He ensured us we would have an amazing garden upon completion and this is not the case, everyone who has been to visit has commented on the poor work. The most upsetting part if the whole ordeal is that we have been completely blanked since our money was paid. We did not even receive the promised aftercare email with maintenance and care advice, and not one response to our complaint since last August. Absolutely shameful!
Our turf is now sinking and dipping in parts, and the patio is completely uneven with many tripping hazards and moving slabs. We have had several landscaping companies out to review that work and they are all shocked at how appalling our work has been completed. All have recommended the patio needs to be torn up and relaid due to - cross joints, buttered slabs, tripping hazards, above damp course, moving slabs, large collapsing joints, no drainage and general terrible sloppy appearance. We have also been recommended to have the astroturf lifted so the base layers can be laid properly to make the surface even and flat.
So after paying Nick a substantial amount of money we now, a year on, will be paying another company to come and re do our entire garden. This has been a very stressful experience with an unprofessional, untrustworthy company and we regret ever agreeing to have the work completed by them. Lots of lessons earned from this, just hoping reading this will stop someone else making the same mistake in trusting Elite Lawns/Premier Lawns or the company director with their garden work.

The problem we had with our lawn staying wet was caused by bad drainage in our garden.Our soil was full of clay so the lads came back to our house today and put in a new drainage system completely free of charge. We're very pleased with our lawn now.It looks fantastic.Also if we decide to put composite decking on the patio in the future they have said they will bring the level of the turf up to suit.Very happy with the after sales service. Pleased to hear from the owner of EliteTurf today, following a three week wait for a quote and quite a few phone calls. He called me to apologise for not following through with a quotation, as promised, and explained why. I really appreciate this and his reasoning. It seems he has been badly let down by one of his staff members which has caused a back log of work. So prospective customers, be patient if you are waiting too. Thank you, thank you!! Elite lawns did such an amazing job on our back garden. Laid not only the artificial grass but also cut some existing paving slabs to size, including circular edges, to create an additional patio area, as well as filling in a section to the old drive. When I noticed one corner not entirely fixed... they came back. They also returned to do a surprise power wash to ALL the slabs for me a few weeks later, despite the fact that Nick had a nasty accident. I’m made up!! I also want to also extend particular thanks to the wonderful Kelly. She is an asset to the organisation and truely has customer service to a tee. Today I had my artificial lawn fitted by Elite Lawns. I must congratulate them on a job very well done! Despite the soaring heat the lads worked really hard, never stopping, in order to complete the job ( even when Anthony fell into the fish pond! ). Sorry I missed it Anthony, just had to laugh when the others told me though! My lawn is beautiful and such an improvement on what was there previously. Can't recommend this company enough. We came unstuck originally by using another local firm and had to end work early and go to court to recoup costs. The work was shocking. Elite lawns stepped in and saved the day and gave us the beautiful back lawn we had dreamed of. Lovely honest men who care about doing a good job. We have since had our front lawn done. I had artificial grass fitted by Elite 18 months ago and it still looks the same as the day it was done. I home board dogs so there are multiple numbers of dogs playing in the garden every day with no problems and my house stays clean too.
Even the heaviest rain just soaks through never leaving a puddle and there is no mud .
customers who drop dogs off are always complimenting me on the garden. I have recommended this company to family and friends many of whom have had their gardens done. I did research prior to having this done as I have heard of companies who skimp on the preparation which in my mind is the main part of the job! I'm glad I did and am extremely happy with the end result even after 18 months.

Finally got my lawns sorted by a first class company, the owner Nic can be best described as a pofectionist. What was a tricky job, as roots of my blossom tree made for an uneven service, but once the tiger turf was laid it's perfect!
!!!! No bumps and lumps!!! My wooden decking was also very weather beaten and rotten in places, so I decided on some composite decking, amazing colours and beautifully laid having been finished off with some funky lights.
I would highly recommend this company for excellent workmanship and great ideas of designs for the lawn.
The aftercare package is also fabulous, which other companies did not offer. Nic and his team worked very hard on what was a trying lawn. I can't wait for the summer and no requirement to cut the grass
