What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
There are many variables involved but what I have found is having the right mix of personality, confidence, humility, and exceptional music selections ( 25-35% requests) make the perfect cocktail to keep people on the dance floor till they drop.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I wear different hats and it’s important to find a DJ with multiple styles , so I’ll list the styles I’ve accumulated during my DJ career.
1) The Line Dancer (crowd involvement)
2) The Mixer (You’ll have to experience this yourself)
3) The Hype Man (hypes people who want to have a great time)
4) The background DJ (dinner events and wedding ceremonies )
Most times I mix all 4 depending on the circumstances and crowd.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people smile and allowing themselves to have a good time. Life is to short to be stuck in a infinite feedback loop of stress and disappointments; my job is to help my clients forget the negatives and focus on the positives.
