I am extremely pleased with Megan.
She is very through and caters specifically to your needs and goals. I have been with a few trainers in the past and by far Megan seems to be way better .
I have to say I saw results in just a few sessions . None of the trainers ever kept records of your progress and Megan dose that which I though was very impressive.

I have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Megan surpasses all of them. In the gym she pushes you and challenges you past what you believe you’re capable of doing. She constantly assess you and how you feel after a rep and before each workout with her and adjusts accordingly. She also provides great advice to how I’m feeling post workout etc. She has also helped with nutrition and provided such great education about intake. My goal was not only to lose fat and gain muscle, but to learn proper form, and how to eat properly. I am getting all of that and more! I want to thank Megan for all her help and support during my journey of getting healthier. When I started working with her, I was at 217 lbs.
which is not a good weight for a 5'9'' male. Also, my AC1 was 8.2 and my KPARE (cardiovascular) score was at high risk for stroke. My doctor said
I needed to lose weight and take diabetic meds. I chose not to go on diabetic medicine and see if I could turn this issue around. I knew I could not do this on my own as to why I contacted Megan. At 6 months it was time to get blood work for my AC1 and see my doctor. During my doctor appointment, my doctor told me he has not seen this kind of turnaround in a 6 month period before. At the time of the doctor visit my AC1 was 6.2, my weight was under 200 lbs. and my KPARE score was at slightly elevated. My doctor told me to tell Megan thank you from him for the great work she is doing to help people get healthier. Thank you again and looking forward to continue my health journey.
