Absolutely amazing Elite Artificial Grass from start to finish Neil and lads worked really hard got it all done in a day and looks amazing they left everything all tidy you wouldn’t of known they had been working I would recommend to anyone thankyou Michael Neil and Lads

Good old fashioned family run business, the service was impeccable from start to finish, and the grass looks great. No fuss and no mess, staff that did the job were punctual, pleasant and friendly.

Good company, we had some dubious characters come to quote, but these are the good guys. Looks great very pleased.

Had these guys do my artificial grass in June 2022 great job done. Just writing this review as my neighbour had there’s done after mine by another company and they are having to have it replaced as it absolutely stinks of dig urine. After a week or so we got fed up with the raggle taggle and fly by nights who operate on this site. We made the decision to go with one of the more reputable companies and after a few more quotes we chose Elite. What a difference ! From the moment they arrived we knew, their wealth of knowledge, the way they explained things, taking time to understand what we were looking for, they had lots of samples in various different shades. The installation was well organised and went without incident, the guys work hard and are very polite, left the place clean and tidy. Excellent service all around from the official staff to the fitters they were polite and respectful, grass looks amazing and so real.

The grass is lovely, the work was completed quickly, and they fitted me in quickly as they had a cancellation, my garden was a mass from all the rain. We had this done in January and the only complaint I have is that the grass smells terribly of dog pee, which we were told wouldn't happen, other than than so far it's weathered well. More...

Recommend this company. They did a lovely job. Had a few quotes from some rather dodgy people, we chose on the basis of reputation, professionalism and quality of grass, there was only one winner.

Like others on here I instructed a different contractor to install my artificial grass, what a disaster, they took money and left me with nothing. I called these guys, what a difference, professional from the outset, lots of samples for me to look at, no pressure and didn’t want any money upfront. Garden was destroyed by previous cowboy landscapers. We were devastated. We spoke to Elite, told them of our situation, and they said they could help. Michael and Angela were lovely, really helpful and informative. The lads who did the work were so polite, efficient and completed the work quicked than expected. It was alot cheaper than we thought. There were tears when it was finished, we were so happy. We now have a beautiful lawn that we can't wait to use. The dog loves it and now wants to spend most of his time in the garden. The whole process has been Fantastic mick came out twice has we changed our mind on what to have done Angela in the office kept us informed off when and what was going to happen and I can’t forget the installation team they have done a fantastic job it’s turned our mud bath back garden not to mention smelly garden has we have dogs into something completely different in two days just wish I had a before photo but it was a real mess can not thank them enough

Couldn’t find a better company from start to finish we was kept informed throughout even came out twice cause we changed our mind on what we wanted done and the installation team worked hard kept everything tidy as we had to use the back which is only accessible via the church grounds these all now what they are doing from start to finish

A different class to the rest that came, a professional outfit. Unlike the rest they didn’t want a deposit. Did a great job with no fuss and left no mess. The grass looks amazing.

I’d already had two quotes from two different artificial grass companies then Micheal from elite artificial grass (Oakham) came out on Sunday morning to give me a quote I was very impressed and it was clear to me that he definitely knows his stuff so I shook his hand there and then, then on the Wednesday had a phone call to say they were ahead of schedule on another job and could they come Friday at 8:30am to lay the grass brilliant service, travis perking delivered the aggregate 7:30 Friday morning and the three guy’s from Elite turned up bang on 8:30 Neil,Neil & Paul fantastic bunch of lads the earth was frozen soiled but that didn’t stop them they worked like trooper and didn’t stop they kept me informed the whole time and popped back Saturday morning to finish the job off I couldn’t be happier with the end result! They cleaned up after themselves you wouldn’t have even known they’d been here, if you’re looking for a company to lay artificial grass don’t look any further than Elite artificial grass 100% recommend. We got ripped off by a local so called “artificial grass installer”. These guys came and from start to finish it was a completely different experience. Never write reviews unless it’s a bad one. But i have to say this company deserve all the accolades they get. Installed our grass four years ago I had an issue, when I called them they were here within 2 days and sorted it out, it wasn’t even an issue that really had anything to do with them, a pipe had burst and washed the sand and hardcore away, that’s what I call customer service.

Amazing company to deal with , from the initial phone call to the fitting of the grass has been second to none . They arrived Tuesday at 8am as promised, they worked all day and by Wednesday at 1pm they were finished you wouldn’t even know they were there, no fuss and everything left spotless, we are amazed. A total transformation

We have 3 dogs we got a few quotes to see what was around to help with the mess of the lawn, but we were concerned about smell. We chose these guys as they were the only company that had a proven method to deal with smell and a pedigree in this area. They certainly didn’t disappoint, I now have no mess in the house and absolutely no smell. An added bonus is the grass is super high quality and looks so real. Worked like troopers, very high standard of workmanship. The grass looks fabulous, can’t see any creases or joins. Nothing left on the driveway which given the rain we have had is a miracle. A huge thanks to both Neil’s and Paul More...
