We got married on the 19th of this month and Elias bake shoppe was one of the bakeries we could choose from in our wedding package from our venue. Not only was the cake delicious, but they created the most beautiful cake I have ever seen, once I get my pictures back I will be sure to add one to my posting. We had a vanilla cake with lemon mouse filling , it tasted so good. We chose the option of a naked cake and provided them a picture from online that includes figs and berries to keep with a purple hue theme. The cake that saw when I walked into my reception hall looked just like the picture I gave them if not better!! We are so happy with how it turned out and they were very easy and friendly to work with. I even got a phone call the day prior to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Our wedding baker cancelled one and a half weeks before the wedding. I set up an appointment with Elias the next day and they put my mind at ease! ! They made themselves available and were so easy to work with. Plus, we think the cake turned out even better than what we had expected with our initial baker! When I was planning our wedding in the Poconos, after not hearing back from another bakery, I was given the name of this place. I called and spoke with Danielle I believe. She was great to deal with! I gave her an idea of what I wanted, emailed her some sample pictures and heard back from her same day. I didn't know what it would taste like or anything. Our wedding was on a Monday and she made it possible to get the cake to the venue the day before. The cake was amazing and so good! Every single person loved the taste. Wow, all I we have to say is WOW! After meeting with different bakers and telling them our vision, Elias Bake Shop was the one who confidently told us they could make it happen within our price range. Our cake was four tiers, two chocolate and two vanilla. All layers were filled with a raspberry mousse and iced with their French buttercream icing. They added glitter and cascading flowers down one side. They dropped the cake off the morning of my wedding, and set it up very nicely and put the cake topper on for us. I wish I could figure out how to attach pictures to a review so everyone could truly see how beautiful it was. Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious. Today is three days after the wedding and we finally got to relax and eat a piece of the leftover cake and the cake is still moist and delicious. I am so glad we chose to go with Elias!! More...

I was stunned when I walked in by the number of pastries. Everything looks so good, it was difficult to decide what to buy. When I got home, my family generously agreed to cut each into small pieces so we could try them all. Each was well made and truly special.
