We were very impressed with the professionalism, the customer care and attention to detail.
Also, a big thank you to Pawel, Lukaz and the rest of the build team for their excellent quality control, adherence to timelines and managing dependencies between us, More Space and other ad-hoc contractors. Their communication was particularly exemplary and was critical to delivering the build on time. We found that the team was always co-operative, friendly and happy to go the extra mile to deliver a good quality product.

Time - main build finished exactly on schedule, which meant we were watertight for Christmas.
Finishing things off has dragged on a bit, but not their fault at all - mostly down to other suppliers. Only thing MS could have done differently was maybe use a block and beam floor so we didn't have to wait 6 weeks for concrete floor to cure. Would probably be extra £ but I would have liked the option
Cost - they weren't the cheapest, but very far from the most expensive. If we had shopped around we could maybe have saved 10% (or spent 50% more) but every penny paid to them was worth it. Contract a bit skimpy in terms of number of sockets and light points so check that or you will pay for extras, and also make clear what they have included for making good where old rooms are joined to the new build.

This was our second similar project. We had a loft and kitchen extension completed. The process and model is extremely sound, the teams were very responsive and incredibly ‘early’ and on budget. If you are organised and know what you want you will be even more happy. My previous experience was a horror story, so thanks More Space. From the first meeting with Richie, his understanding of our aims and concerns gave us complete confidence that we had the project in safe hands. Throughout, Richie and the More Space team were very attentive and provided the necessary updates and next steps.
