I left the corporate training community 6 years ago, because I wanted to establish a place that was focused completely on results, and cultivated a positive and comfortable work environment. No hidden fees, overcharges, or contracts, just good quality personal training that will help clients have the proper motivation and direction, both in the gym and with nutrition, that will help them achieve their goals. I offer both personal training, along with small group training, and youth athletic training. I have worked with many injured clients, and those dealing with specific conditions, as well as top tier athletes. I feel confident that I have experienced enough in my career to adapt to any clients needs.
