It's a little small but other than that I do like the gym. kickboxing classes are great too, especially when they take the class outside to work out.

I absolutely love this gym! I have been going consistently for the last 10 weeks and have lost almost 25 pounds! Lura and her team are wonderful and have such a positive attitude every day! Along with a kick ass workout, they offer nutrition challenges to get back on track with eating and having an overall healthy lifestyle. Whether you are just starting to workout, or you've been doing it a long time and want a change, there is something for everyone! I never felt intimidated because I couldn't do an exercise; the coaches give a lot of personal attention to make sure everyone has proper form and you are doing it correctly. This gym has some challenging workouts and somesome fun too. I like coming to the gym a lot more now since joining Elevate Fitness martial arts.
