When all is said and done and your wedding day is but a distant memory to most of your guests, all that you are left with to remind you of your magical day are your photographs and film. .. besides your partner of course! It is for for this reason that the decision making process regarding our videographer was one we did not take lightly. Much like our relationship, I think we knew that #elephantsbelly was "the one" from day one. Besides being immediately drawn to their name, for obvious reasons, we were in awe of their unique and emotive style- #filmsthatmakeyoufeel as they describe it. We (mostly me) stalked them on social media for months and months, even before we set a wedding date. I got goosebumps each time I watched one of their creations- #allthefeels indeed! We watched in awe as each and every film and trailer was magical in it's own unique way. Yes, Rugan and I humoured each other by getting quotes from other videographers but in the end, we kept coming back to #elephantsbelly. That's the power of magic I guess... and I think their name was a sign from the start! We booked them 13 months in advance and only met in person in two months before the wedding, long after parting with our hard earned money... we knew we were in good hands even before meeting face to to face. Meeting with Paul and Wayne only validated what we already knew- we had made the right decision. Despite their accomplishments, they are both so unassuming, grounded, friendly and easy going! You can see the sheer love and passion for what they do on their faces and hear it in their voices when they talk! Throughout our planning, one thing was very clear- I wanted only good vibes, love and happiness to surround us on our wedding day. That's exactly what we got from elephantsbelly on our wedding day. Good vibes, love, happiness... and laughs...so many laughs! Paul and Wayne were patient, unobtrusive and encouraging and, as you can see from our film, we were so comfortable to share our feelings and emotions with them. He won't admit it, but I even moved Paul to tears. To me, this confirmed that this is more than a job to them, it's something they live and feel. Having watched our wedding film in awe this week, we can honestly say that #elephantsbelly created the most beautiful and magical thing we have ever owned. Every single friend and family member who watched it shared the same sentiments. I've even received messages from complete strangers telling me how beautiful the film is! We still don't know how and when they captured some of the moments that feature on the film, but we are eternally grateful that they did! Paul and Wayne, we are so glad you chose to make South Africa your home! May you never stop dreaming and may #elephantsbelly only grow from strength to strength More...

Paul and Wayne are absolutely amazing and such beautiful souls! They captured Maxwell and I's wedding. We loved and enjoyed every moment with them. They were punctual, professional and enthusiastic about our day. We met up with them the next day at the beach for a creative shoot that we absolutely loved. Less than a few hours later they sent us a 1 minute clip of our wedding day and are creative shoot and it was just perfect. I got emotional and I watch that video every day it just makes me feel some type of way. I love their friendly and bubbly nature and would work with them over and over again. More...
