Joel is THE MAN!!!!!! Not only was the massage out of this world but he was so considerate and thoughtful throughout the massage. You can tell he really enjoys his work. I cannot recommend him enough. I like my massages very intense but he went lighter when I asked. Seriously so exceptional - I had to give him a hug afterwards I was so happy!!!!!!! I moved to North Texas a year ago and it took me 10 months to find Chad. Chad listened to me and helped get my Achilles Tendon on healing path. You see, I've been plagued with Achilles Tendonitis for more than a year. I was told by the doctor with the antiflammatory medicine and stretches and icing only relieving a small portion of the inflammation that they may be as good as I'm going to get. Well, that's not the news I wanted hear. So, I switched from Elements Frisco (closer to home) to Plano thinking I would get more mediocre massages while using up my massage vouchers. Oh, was I ever wrong. Chad has healing hands and did stripping on both my Achilles Tendons! Oh, the stripping HURT, BUT he put me on a recovery path. Lynn did an excellent job on my massage today. She paid attention to all the areas I mentioned and found areas I didn't realize needed work. I felt so weird leaving but that's a good thing! She worked as long as she could on the areas that needed it while still trying to give me a full body massage since it was my first time. I appreciated the extra time in my problem areas. I relocated to Dallas in October 2018 and already was a wellness program member from my previous studio. I visited Elements Lakewood looking for someone with deep pressure who can provide me monthly massages with a sports and trigger points twist because I workout 6-7 times a week. I have worked with Jackie, Joel, Brittani, China and Kenneth and highly recommend them all. The front desk staff's customer service has improved in the last few months. I usually book online and love their points system. I wish someone at this location told me about it sooner - I've lost out on so many points by not being aware sooner. Anyway.. I’ve had great experiences with their front desk and Therapists. They ask for pressure feedback so you can feel comfortable telling them more/less pressure. Their online manager for sales did me wrong though. They advertised a 90-minute promotion at the wrong price. It was a $10 difference and he/she didn’t want to refund me the difference. Went here for my cousin bridal shower was disappointed we couldn't all experience the massage together and had different appointment times so we had to sit around and wait on each other but it was definitely well needed and worth it. Had an excellent experience at Elements today. Alex was my massage therapist, and he was great. Super professional, clean, relaxing environment. I had a very great swedish massage when I went. I also bought my boyfriend a massage for his bday the month after and he said it was hands down the BEST massage he had ever had!
