This was the best massage I have ever had! It was more than a back rub you get at some of the other places. Glenda explained everything and asked me my comfort level. She concentrated on specific areas that were bothering me and gave me exercises to keep these areas loose. I loved the service so much I joined the monthly club, which has no contract! I am a member of Elements Massage - Elm Grove. I appreciate the follow up calls to make sure that I'm all set and aligned for my massage. I love the customer service from the second I walk in the door for my massage to the end when I walk out. I have seen many different therapists over the years of being an Elements Massage patron. They have all been very professional and thorough in their service. All are quite knowledgeable and consistent in their respective areas of expertise. It may take trying a number of therapists to find the right fit for you. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and was pretty nervous going in. The staff was SO friendly, and they explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. Jodi was kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Unfortunately due to ignorance on my part, I was unaware about tipping your therapist.
