Elements is the most amazing Salon I have known Natalie for many years and Anita even more and now I have Tiff Kirsty do my hair as well. Great sanctuary of loveliness! Popped in a year ago to get my nails done, so impressed with how welcome I was made to feel I booked a hair appointment. A year on I regularly have my hair coloured and cut, my hair has never been in such good condition- their products are great especially someone like me who has eczema, the colours don't strip your hair of moisture and last longer than others I have had too. Just returned from a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable hour at Elements in Portishead.
I used a voucher I had as a gift and treated myself to a lovely Anti-Ageing Facial. Stacey was my Beauty Therapist, she was fantastic. As well as the usual facial treatments, it also included a very relaxing neck and shoulder massage. Something else included was a delightful hand treatment which in all my years of treatments, I’ve never had before, it was a real added treat! Came out feeling as light as a feather and totally relaxed Extra friendly and helpful staff plus a beautiful salon.
Happy 1st Birthday for tomorrow. I will be back very soon.

Wow!! Absolutely love this salon! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly (which is hard to find!). It’s so stylish and the Aveda products smell and feel amazing. Definitely going back!
