After deciding to renew our full central heating system Element were recommended to us by some friends who had recently had a new boiler installed and were extremely pleased. Jon from Element seemed very knowledgable and was happy to answer any questions my wife and I had. Our house was kept clean and tidy while he worked. Even when a part did not turn up until late which would have left us with no hot water or heating all night, Jon stayed until 7:30pm to make sure he got it finished when past tradesmen we've had would not have gone out of their way to help us. All in all an excellent job, we cannot recommend Element enough and will certainly be using them again for our upcoming new bathroom suite. More...
