Just a note to say what a great time I had, treatment form Sam was wonderful.
I forgot to book my next treatment up with her on the day, ginny was great and I booked my next treatment up on the day. The talk with Adam was interesting. I was a bit disappointed because I thought I saw advertised Tai chi and fitness class talks but perhaps I misread that part, I cant remember ,from someone that could of been tempted into it. Although over the past four years I have only had one massage, one hopi ear treatment and quite a few electrolysis, I could feel a difference when entering the reception, just a feel of calm.
From someone who does not book treatments you have changed me to having booked one and going to book a second.

It seems that Element Health and Wellbeing is the niche I have been anticipating to accomplish my mission finally.

We have become over the years a leader in the wellness industry. Our therapists, practitioners and instructors are qualified and many have decades of experience in their field.
We offer a convenient location on the High Street, close to the train and bus station servicing major routes. Free parking is available up to ten hours.
We are open by appointments during non-office hours (9-8) to accommodate any customer's busy schedule.
