As soon as i used this site to look for an electrician to install an at-home electric car charger, 5 results came up, and within approx 20 minutes i received a call from Electric City and spoke with Johnny.

We talked through what i was looking for. He happened to be working close to where i lived and was just finishing up on the job, so he was able to carry out a quick survey of my property later that day (previous company i was liaising with asked me to send photos, which, for someone like me who is not that savvy on where certain things are in my home, i found very difficult, and only added to delays). This was really helpful, as it helped identify "issues" that he needed to workaround in order to get our charger installed. This meant he was able to source the parts he needed (if he didn't already have them).

His overall manner was so helpful and friendly. He explained everything throughout the process. He was so prompt, efficient and absolutely clear on next steps. He kept communication flowing, and has kept me in the loop throughout.

I would most definitely refer him to others and use his services again in the future, should i need it. More...
