What makes a great website?
Each website is different and the criteria for making it great depends on your needs. We a five stage process to make sure your site works for you:
Research: Make sure you understand your aims, who your customers are and what your competitors are doing before you start. Document this so you have a reference point
Prototype: Once the research has been defined draw out wireframes for how your site will look, create a site map and think about the user journeys. If it’s an ecommerce site how can make it really simple for your user to buy
Design: Create great looking brands and interfaces that wow users and stand out from your competitors
Production: Make sure your site is built professionally to a high standard. Make sure it reflects the user journey, is really easy to use and fast to load.
Measurement: Track and analyse everything so you know what to improve and keep making changes to your site
