Awesome!!! I'm very picky about alcapurrias .... Even when on the island I can never buy one that tasted as good as the ones my papi makes! I went there later in the day, so the more popular dishes had sold out already. I decided to try 'La Dupleta' sandwich, tostones, and the sorullitos. It feels good to have authentic Puertorrican food here in the cities. So I got home and just stuffed my face! The food was tasty, authentic, and perfectly, expertly seasoned! Man was this delicious! I drove over from Minneapolis and waited about 20 mins. They were busy and I see why! Got the jibarito and alcapurrias and couldn’t stop going on and on how good they were! Hope to see some stops over here soon in the mean time I’ll back over to west St. Paul! More...

Ugh, my goodness... outstanding food. I haven't had a taste of home this spot-on in a long time. I was nervous about trying the Jibarito sandwich because of the new concept, but they proved my fears wrong. I may be a picky eater, but the flavor and texture combination took me back to Puerto Rico. This food is legit. I cannot praise their presence in the Twin Cities area enough. I will definitely recommend their savory food to anyone and everyone. 10 stars out of 5. More...

My first experience was at a pop-up restaurant, it was an exceptional holiday time sit down meal. This was my first time at the truck, it was an equally wonderful delight. The food was incredibly flavorful. The portions were generous, in my opinion. This was a great way to be introduced to this island's cuisine.
