Thank you for providing us with new Wills and Lasting Powers of attorney documents.I have to say that having been in the service industry ourselves for many years we know the difference between a good service and somebody going that extra mile. It was refreshing to deal with Tony who did both.Tony was very punctual and courteous at all times and had a thorough knowledge of estate planning and was very good at explaining the short comings of our existing arrangements.EKW's pricing was transparent and it was easy to see what our costs would be from the outsetTony even came back to us after all the paperwork had been completed with updated documents after we noticed a minor error in our son's address which was our omission. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Tony to our friends and family for this kid of business in the futureThanks again Tony More...

Q&As

Meeting clients in their own home and explaining the complexities of making a Will and /or Lasting Powers of Attorney.
This involves a fact finding meeting when full personal details are taken and advice given in accordance with clients' wishes.
A draft Will is then sent for approval and when confirmed a second meeting is arranged for the signing of the document before 2 independent witnesses.

I have been an independent financial adviser for most of my life but when I left HSBC I decided that I would like to continue helping clients with their financial needs.
I now just concentrate on Wills and Powers of Attorney as I believe most people need guidance and advice to ensure their assets are distributed to their beneficiaries in accordance with their wishes.

I offer a friendly professional service at a competitive price.
I prefer to meet clients in the comfort of their own home, initially to fact find, advise and take instructions and secondly for the signing of the Will.
I am a member of The Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) which has been founded with two principal aims:
