We had copious amounts of cluster flies in our loft last autumn (dealt with by using ordinary bug/fly spray and a hoover.. .!) so were on alert for their return this year. Unfortunately as suspected, mid September there was a good few up there again. Another pest controller I rang said there was not much they could do and to just wait until November time...! Wasn't happy with this. Thankfully I phoned Eko Services who were very pleasant and helpful on the phone and came out 2 days later. Nigel arrived at my property and was very friendly, discreet and professional. He had overshoes on for walking inside the house and I felt we received a thorough service from him. He treated the exterior of the house and also the loft in a bid to not only kill the flies but also prevent further ones coming in.
