What do you love most about your job?
Marketing allows you to see the fruits of your labour almost instantly, which is something I find very reward. I get a great deal of satisfaction watching someone's presence online grow and helping them carve out a piece of their chosen market.
I also enjoy the psychological aspect of marketing, I enjoy trying to get inside of a consumer's mind and finding out what will keep them entertained, engaged and what will push them to make a purchase.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I discovered I had a natural talent for marketing when I decided to start promoting myself online as a writer and since then I have gone on to work for a few different companies as a marketing assistant, the overall consensus within the industry seems to be that you should throw money at things in order to achieve results, which is costly and unproductive.
It was largely due to frustration and that I feel I could help people achieve more for less and for more effectively.
I also love the work, I find it incredible rewarding. At the risk of sounding cliche, I feel that marketing is my "calling".
