EID Photography

Elissa is a wonderful photographer, and an overall wonderful person. She really helped to capture our wedding, and she made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

My husband and I had worked in the wedding industry at a catering hall prior to our own wedding, so we got to know and work with many photographers – Elissa was one of them. She was so nice and easy to work with, and whenever she came to photograph other couples, we saw the joy and passion she brought into capturing each moment of their big day. When we got engaged several years later, we knew we had to have her as our photographer.

Throughout the wedding planning process, Elissa made everything so easy. She was very organized with the wedding day timeline, and I never felt rushed. She had a great eye for finding spots in our venue to photograph us that we never would have thought of. She took numerous family & friend photos that we wanted, and she made sure we stayed on time and on track. The whole day, we didn't have to worry about a thing - she captured every wonderful moment. I can't begin to explain how Elissa immediately became part of our family. For engagement pictures she came to our home to get to know the bride and groom and then took wonderful pictures. .. then the wedding. A fairytale from beginning to end ... Elissa is amazing. We met over two years ago when I first became engaged. I knew immediately she was going to be my photographer. Last Tuesday we had our engagement session, and I knew I had made the right choice. Elissa went above and beyond for us, dealing with not only our crazy dog, but my fiancé's neices who tagged along to help with the dog. Elissa is the best! After meeting with her, we knew she was the perfect fit for our special day. She has a fun yet calm demeanor that makes the pictures fly by. We didn't do a engagement session with Elissa, so we didn't know what to expect but everything was amazing from the moment that she and her assistant Nicole showed up to the hotel. They jumped right in and we had some laughs all day. Elissa had so many great ideas for our pictures from first look to the end of the night. She and Nicole were also amazing with our ring bearer and flower girl. They had lots of tricks and were able to make get big smiles from them. Elissa's photo booth team was also great! When we first met Elissa and Nicole at the Hudson Valley Wedding Expo, I knew EID was going to be our photographers. I loved their warm vibe and felt like I had known them for years. I love their photojournalistic style and wanted to be friends with the couples in their pictures, because they all felt so real. We did our engagement shoot with Elissa yesterday, and it was amazing (haven't seen the pics yet, but it doesn't matter). She climbed to the highest point on the mountain with us and made us feel so comfortable throughout. Halfway through the shoot, my fiance whispered to me, "You're right. She's awesome."
