About

As a former national swimmer and triathlon athlete, sport and physical activities are a major part of my life, and experience of various types of work in sport industry has helped me to realise that this is where I should like to make my career. I enjoy both the practical and the theoretical aspects of the subject and believe that I have something of a natural talent for coaching/training and for devising new activities which will stimulate other people's interest in fitness and their belief in its importance for human wellbeing, health and stability.
