I’m very happy with my new colour and hairstyle. I give it 5 stars. However, the girl who assisted the stylist made the experience less pleasant. She washed my hair roughly and it felt she was rushing and pulling my hair all the time. I will go back as the hair is done very well but definitely will ask for somebody else to wash and dry my hair. More...

I've ran in here several times with desperate need of a dye, (long story) and they've always tried their best to fit me in. I can't thank them enough for that alone, as we all know how important hair is! The team, especially the two co-owners Craig and I forget her name, ( Sorry!) are just wonderful. Craig took the time to talk to my 11 year old who was pesterign me for red hair, detailign how much damage it could do and that perhaps a hair chalk dye would suit her young locks better. It did, she was happy, I was ecstatic! The beauty room is located downstairs and is FABULOUS. You can buy a member card with Egg that gives you 50% off hair and beauty, it's amazing! Since buying one though i haven't been in =, which reminds me I must book a massage! The beauty therapist is great too and knows her stuff. So relaxing, so knowledgable, always helpful. More...
