What makes a great website?
Other than the content, smooth user experience is what makes a website exceptional, which is accomplished by use of good use typography, flow, use of colour and white space.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What's the feel and message you want to convey? What are your company's values?
Describe your creative process.
Analyse the brief and identify the possible design problem(s). Research, find the best answers for problems and best style for the message / feel needed to be given and start to design. Pay attention to small details, make fine-tunings, check the work for one last time and deliver to the client.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Company name, format of the project (web, print, logo etc.), dimensions of the requested artwork and the necessary text / image / media for the design.
If already exists: Logo, company colours, slogans.
