As soon as I walked into this gym I knew that I had found my new happy place. Everyone is so supportive and genuinely wants the best for you. Most importantly the trainers here are educated and their passion for each person is evident in everything they do. I spent 2 years with a trainer at a previous gym that led to nothing more then frustration and gained weight. I accomplished more in my first 3 months at E Force then I did the whole time at the other gym and I have learned how to sustain that for almost a year now. I've never experience a gym like this one. The people, the classes and trainers are amazing! The motivation is nothing like I've ever felt. The trainers are incredibly inspiring and make you want to do more and better. Very hands on and constantly correcting you and more importantly pushing you to do better. It becomes an obsession. For someone who has never found working out to be something I love. That all changed the day I walked into Eforce. I crave working out now. I feel so comfortable with the trainers. I was on 2 different diabetic medications twice a day, weighing 229, blood sugar readings over 275 and my doctor was threatening to put me on insulin. I am 65 years old going into a high stress new position at work trying to wrap up a 40 year career, odds were definitely stacked against me until my daughter introduced me to Krisha Davis at Eforce she has basically turn my life right side up, her professional training and nutritional knowledge has pretty much changed my life, my doctor has actually taken me off of one and a half of my diabetic medications and my blood sugar runs an average of 110 to 115. I have lost 15 lbs but even more amazing I went from extra large shirts to very comfortable large and my waist has gone from a snug 38 comfortable 40 to a comfortable 34. I am 4.7 points from being at my ideal percentage of body fat. All this in 12 weeks, thanks Krisha you have been more than a professional trainer/nutritionist you have become a trust friend.
