I went to see Eric for a consultation because I had a close friend who had been seeing Eric for years with impressive results. I committed to following all of his directions regarding my diet and of course working out. It has been 1.5 years, and I have achieved all of my short term goals and have set new ones. I worked out for years prior with no measurable results. Eric provided me with a wealth of knowledge, good direction, and confidence. When I started working with Eric I had never been in a gym before, much less worked with a trainer. Eric was patient with my inexperience, and encouraging when I was doubtful.
When asked, "Young lady, what are your goals?" my genius answer was, "I don't have any!"...Well, almost two years later I would call him my Pusher...Encouraging me to try new things that I never thought I would be able to do in each and every workout! "It's about you changing you!". Some days I feel I can't do it and he shows me my body can! Eric is welcoming and happy to explain to you the science behind all that he is asking of you (even if you ask him 100 times), without JUDGEMENT. He wants YOU to meet YOUR goals! Get out of your head and into the gym! You won't regret it!
