Simply the BEST! I cant say enough good things about the hypnosis. First we worked on not eating sugar and were 100% successful. Then after 3 months i went back for not eating refined carbohydrates. During the session she talks about only eating the best foods. As it turns out I gave up diet soda too which had been a long time addiction. Its been almost a week since my last no refined carb session and I have NO desire to eat sugars or refined carbs. Going in tomorrow for a reinforcement session. Cant be happier to gave the sugar and refined carb monkey off my back finally at age 53!!! More...
