What do you love most about your job?
Being given a problem and finding a solution that meets the business requirements. No problem is ever the same as another, but there are always several ways to solve it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want things to work well for my clients, too often advice is limited by consultancy's - based on the additional price a client is/isn't prepared to pay. I can't stand this. If you need the advice and Im able to give it, you will get the advice you need.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have approx. 10 years experience working in public and private sector and have experience managing 100+ employees as a general manager. I obtained my Masters degree in Human Resource Management and I have clients that are more than happy to provide testimonials.
HR Audit
A HR Audit, is designed to review what the business already has in place with regards to essential and preferential HR practices and procedures. Following an indepth 1/2 day - 1 day audit, a detailed report will be given to you providing you with the findings of the audit. Within the report I use a traffic light system to identify important recommendations.
