We went for our tasting and had the best time trying the most delicious versions of cake. Had a cake tasting appointment today with the owner/baker for our wedding cake. Extremely nice and experienced baker. Guided us through the whole process and helped us plan the little details on the cake that will make our day extra special. I will be providing natural flowers for her to decorate the wedding cake and cannot wait to see it ! Cake tasting was also great. I ordered a custom cake for my best friend's 40th birthday. After designing my cake with lily, I picked it up 10 days later. It was gorgeous and absolutely delicious. It exceeded all of my expectations and then some. The only complaint I had was that the box was shorter than the cake and there was no top making it very hard to transport. Discovered Edible Creations during a neighbors party. Vanilla rum cup cakes with the softest pink frosting. I decided to give it a try for my daughters graduation with her Masters from FAU. Not that we wanted a theme cake. We decided on the naked cake two tier vanilla rum with white buttercream outside and chocolate buttercream between layers. Both buttercream flavors were terrific and light and fluffy.I brought a few flowers and they were applied to top and side of cake there. Very sophisticated and simple and taste was stunning. Also ordered cupcakes in three flavors and white frosting with gold sprinks. There's no reason not to order your next cake here.I only wish I could get one when ordering one. I had 3 cake vendors to choose from on the list from my vendor. Edible creations had not only a large variety of unique flavors but also an amazing taste and texture. Very delicious and moist. I brought a picture with me which had to be altered in design and color and the Owner sat down with me, drew out my cake, and helped design the cake I wanted. The other place would not do that at all. The only complaint I have is that the middle layer was supposed to be half white and half lavendar and they made it all lavendar and the small edible silver and gold balls could not be seen. The middle layer looked a little plain. I would've preferred the white and more noticeable detail on the middle layer but overall the cake was how I desired it to look and again the taste was incredible. I went here as one of the options from my Wedding venue to get my cake. It was pretty pricey with all the add-ons I wanted but in the end, it turned out exactly how I envisioned. Lily was very nice and gave me her honest opinions which I appreciated because she is a professional and knows what she's doing. She even worked with the venue based on the amount and guests and included sheet cakes to make sure everyone got some cake. The cake stand rental was included as well at no additional cost.A year later I was a little disappointed because I ordered a different flavor cake for the top and it was the same as the rest of the cake. I just met with the sweetest lady who happens to be the owner/baker of Edible Creations. I couldn't decide on the design or flavors for my mothers 80th birthday cake. She patiently showed me around and gave me several options as well as different cakes to taste. The vanilla rum and amaretto cakes were so flavorful and moist that I couldn't decide so, I chose them both and the red velvet with cream cheese filling! This was the easiest vendor that we worked with! We went in to discuss what we wanted, we were able to view other cakes that were in the process of being made and pictures of ones previously done. Lilian was wonderful.
We had a packaged deal with Jacaranda country club and had a few choices of bakery. We went to there others and were not impresses. Our last stop was Edible Creations and we were SO impressed. They make you feel like you are family from the second you walk in the door. They let you look at what they have done and while your looking at their amazing portfolios , they bring out a few samples of their cake. ALL of them were so good that my fiancé forgot why we were sampling cake in the first place and practically ate all the cake before I got to try some lol. We ended up choosing the vanilla amaretto and the red velvet. We had a beauty and the beast wedding but wanted something simple, but something that pulled in the little details of our wedding. We ended up choosing white butter cream with white on white piping with some gold crystal accent on the bottom of each tear. We also added real red roses from our floret to have in between each tear. Our cake topper was a simple script letter V for my new last name . Lilian drew up a quick sketch in her notes and at first I was not able to really picture how my cake would look. but I was not worried at all because each and every cake that come out of this place looks AMAZING. I emailed her with questions from time to time and she was very quick to respond and very friendly. The cake was a huge hit at our wedding too. Everyone said it looked PERFECT and fit right in with our theme and colors. I had people that don't even like cake , come up to me at the wedding and tell me how good the cake was. Some even went back for seconds. All I know is that when we have a baby in a year or so , we will be back for my bridal shower cake / gender reveal cake for sure.

I would recommend Edible Creations to everyone. The service, quality, price, and professionalism are superior. They will create your cake for any occasion exactly as you want, and the final result is beyond your expectations. We had a beautiful two-tier cake with fondant decorations, a huge selection of desserts on a beautifully decorated dessert table, personalized service at the wedding (set-up and removal), and new desserts like cake push-ups. We were quoted 2-4xs more from other vendors who had less experience, lower review scores, and fewer dessert options.
