I was so excited that my route let me stay here today. Ample parking, nice, neat clean restrooms, lounge, showers and shop. The restaurant is fabulous - top quality meats from the owner's meat market. They also sell some of their fare packaged in the wall freezer of the store. Absolutely amazing! 100% recommend Eden's! Shelley was so understanding and kind even through our whole experience with my husband being deployed and having to move our wedding date. We also were able to add some appetizers last minute which I appreciated the flexibility. The white dinnerware was perfect and classy. We had family style food service, with chicken, ham, potatoes, carrots, salad and rolls. The food is reasonably priced and so good! I got so many compliments throughout the night and even after! 5 STARS We had Eden meats cater to our event on May 4th. The review from those in attendance was outstanding! The most talked about item on the buffet was the chicken and how amazingly well it was cooked, even the white meat was moist and delicious. And let’s not forget the loaded mashed potatoes. Out of all the food we had, we had very little of that left over at the end of the night. The ladies that worked the event were kind and very helpful. I highly recommend eden meats for any event. As truck drivers always love stopping here! The cafe is wonderful and the workers are so friendly the prices are perfect for the amount of food you get (always more than we can eat) Showers are always clean and available at $11 can't beat it. love they have meats from the meat shop as we always stock the fridge when coming through and the bacon is awesome. If this stop had a little more parking (it has plenty now but truckers are definitely loving the place and it's filling up) and if they had a truck wash it be absolutely perfect. Eden Catering was fantastic at our wedding. Guests were served very quickly at our family-style dinner. In addition, our guests loved the menu with included bbq pulled pork sliders, chicken ala-king over mashed potatoes, and garlic tortellini salad just to name a few. Highly recommended!

In spite of all my plans, I ended up having to take my 34 hour reset, and rolling the dice, I chose to take it at Heritage Ridge Travel Plaza. What a lucky break. The place is new, they were just painting parking lot stripes when I shut down, it is clean, the staff is happy and polite and prices are better than the big truck stops. All of the prepared food I bought was fresh and home-made. The diner is excellent, with good specials each day. It's easy to get in and out of, quiet and I actually got rest on this 34. The showers are good, the Laundromat is new with two washers and two dryers. The driver lounge is comfortable and well lit. A few recommendations, if you love to throw your trash out on the ground instead of walking it to a trash can, you don't want to stay here, the place is way too nice for you. Keep it clean drivers and it will be a great place to stop for a long time.Thanks to all who made this a great place to take a 34 hour break. More...
