Having qualified through CIMA in 2007, I progressed through a number of commercial financial roles from Reporting Manager to Financial Controller, Commercial Accountant to Head of Finance.

Having worked for small and large organisations in a number of economic sectors I took the decision to start my own Outsourced Accountancy business offering my experience and enthusiasm to individuals and business of any size to help grow by offering services in following areas
1) Compliance (bookeeping and tax returns etc.)
2) Payroll (unlimited employees)
3) Development of financial processes to make them equipped to satisfy customer expectations
4) Tax planning to optimise financial returns for directors/owners

I am a motivated individual who strives to achieve the best in every situation. I am proactive with strong communication, analytical and managerial skills and an ability to influence people at all levels. I have also demonstrated a pragmatic approach when balancing regulatory requirements with commercial implications. I have been committed to delivering sustainable, continuous improvement and growth.

My ultimate aim is to deliver sustainable process improvement through policy, technology, awareness and continuing support. This will allow an individual or business to operate efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, which should culminate in a fantastic customer experience.
