ZERO Rated!!!! 6 person Transfer to Bristol Airport paid up front: Turned up 4 1/2hrs late. Very poor communication from the owner who didn't let us know what was happening, had to keep sending messages which was very stressfulunless and embarassing. Missed the show we had booked and getting there so late ruined the evening, thank the lord we weren't flying until the following day or would have missed the flight..... Drivers were really nice...Vehicles, communication and customer service was appalling....NEVER AGAIN! More...

was involved in a road accident on fri 13th sept.on holiday in wales,car a wreck.arranged a taxi from carmarthen,e-mailed 15 min before pick up it had been cancelled. dont know which company,as daughter arranged it from home.she rang eddies,who agreed to do the job,even though we live in lincolnshire.lovely taxi driver whos name i cant remember,but he was a brummie.!very helpful and pleasant.will leave a bad review for other company when i know who they are!.
