What do you love most about your job?
The people that we support, and move on into full and part time work or studies. Also, seeing a garden transform into a beautiful space for people to enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We as a charity saw many people who had been long term employed, and saw that they needed that little bit of help, support and encouragement.
