I worked at Ecosmob for 10+ years. I looked after HR & Admin of the company. I had a very nice work experience at Ecosmob! Work atmosphere is good and enough flexibility is given so you may definitely have work-life balance if you are working in Ecosmob! Policies are also employee friendly & time to time employees' feedback is taken so necessary changes are to be done on each & every level. This is a company with well human touch you can find. The owners are also down to earth & well reachable. Even a newly joined Trainee can approach them without any hesitation. It's well track record that salary is always on time so that's benchmark set by the company. If you are joining Ecosmob! forget about about any of your past exp of salary delays! :) . Coming to events part, it's a company where employees engagement activities are also emphasized and time to time events organised throughout the year since the company was established. Also Ecosmob participates in out door tournaments such as Cricket. Technical events are also organised time to time to keep employees updated. And employees are asked which technical skills they are looking at for improving. Ecosmob! listens employees so if you have any suggestions, queries, improvement points or complains - the company is open to discuss & provide satisfactory solutions. The company also keep itself upgraded along with technological changes. The company also works on latest technologies. The company works on different technologies & holds its core expertise in VoIP & has a very good presence globally. The list is long as it's hard to sum up my 10 yrs' exp in brief!
